MEET THE FOUNDER
Vas Priebe
Vas Priebe is a longtime educator of the body, combining her experience as a competitive gymnast, certified yoga, Pilates, and holistic health coach to transform the body from the inside out. At the young age of 24, Vas was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and became committed to transforming her own life and others through the powerful gospel of holistic health. In addition to her longtime career in health and wellness, she received an MBA from Chapman University in Business Administration and Management and in 2018 decided to marry her deep understanding of the body and background in business to launch ESO Transform Within, a boutique wellness studio located in the heart of Newport Beach.
Vas specializes in providing 1:1 instruction that is delivered in a thoughtful, compassionate, and expertly crafted manner. She prioritizes comprehension over complex anatomy to inform clients on the how and why behind each movement. Her approach empowers clients to experience movement with a newfound love for and understanding of their mind, body, and soul.
Beyond the studio, Vas is dedicated to fostering wellness within her community.
In response to her own diagnoses with Multiple Sclerosis, she launched Team Vas, an organization to support those diagnosed and navigating the world of MS.
Over the last several years, Team Vas raised $150k for the MS Society’s Annual Walk in Southern California.
Vas went a step further, introducing a new arm of the organization where proceeds go towards mini-grants that help those suffering to support their health and wellness needs which can get grossly expensive. Grants include a variety of offerings from yoga, Pilates, meditation, health coaching, acupuncture, and more.
